excellent stay near the river

friendly staffthorough explanationclean hotelpayment system
after a red eye flight, i arrived early. the overnight staff, yass, greeted me kindly. yass was thorough explaining the parking arrangements. he checked me in before his shift ended, i was very grateful. the hotel looked clean and modern.
The hotel lobby had a shop. you must pay at reception, this caused a wait. it would be nice to have a paying system in the shop. It would save time. this minor change would improve convenience.

helpful staffmodern roomgreat facilitieshard bedsoft pillowdusty area
the staff at breakfast were particularly great (especially navas!). he looked after my family and made sure we had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and modern and included nice facilities.
The beds were quite hard and not particularly comfortable. the pillows were also too soft and flat. I needed to use many. i also noticed some areas in the room needed dusting (sadly).
