The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the 3 Arena and shopping areas. The rooms were not up to standard due to ongoing renovations but the accessible room provided was spacious and nicely decorated. The service was exceptional, with staff accommodating our needs exceptionally well. Dining offered a brilliant choice of food, although vegetarian options were limited. The hotel's location is excellent, close to popular spots like Temple Bars and the main shopping center.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with a handy fridge, a big closet, and a spacious bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin on foot, overlooking the River Liffey and the Jeanie Johnston famine ship. The dining experience was completely varied and delicious. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in Dublin.

The hotel provided a nice room with 2 queen beds, a good toilet, comfy beds, a big TV, and good internet. Its location is convenient for reaching the shopping area and walking to O'Connell Street in 10-15 minutes, depending on where you are. However, we were given a disabled accessible room without needing it or being informed, which I found unnecessary given the price paid for the room.

I found the hotel's location perfect for exploring Dublin, close to all the great places but still quiet for a good night's sleep. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, although the TV controls were a bit confusing. Service was satisfactory, with a pleasant riverside walk to the main attractions. Dining offered a nice selection but lacked consistently hot options. Overall, a good value for the money.
Rooms

Wow, what a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable, within walking distance to main tourist spots, ideal for concerts and shopping, and just a short stroll away from Dublin's vibrant areas. The rooms were cozy, but our 'family room' felt a bit cramped for four. The service was fantastic, with a personal touch like a handwritten welcome note and a lovely view of the river from our room. Dining was delicious but slightly pricey, and the facilities were top-notch.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel despite a few minor issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit warm initially, but I can't fault them for the slight delay in readiness. Surprisingly, the room remained quiet even though it overlooked the street, which was a nice surprise. The staff, especially the night time team, was very attentive, although I found the morning service a bit lacking.
